Shipping & Returns

Below you will find our updated Shipping and Return Policy, effective as of July 1, 2010. We have updated our Shipping and Return Policy to reflect changes arising from the launch of our new web site.

Shipping Policy
  • Vinyl Expressions ("we" or "us") ships using USPS and UPS within the U.S. & Air Mail for worldwide orders.
  • For rush-delivery please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Price and product availability are subject to change.
  • Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Material availability may delay shipping up to ten (10) days.
  • Orders are shipped week-days only, not including holidays.
  • We are not responsible for any delays in shipping as we have no control over the carriers once your package is dropped off with them. Please note, very rare occasions we have recorder delays of up to 2 week for delivery to certain areas.
  • Areas affected by natural disasters or meteorological events may delay your delivery.


Returns Policy

1. Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this seven (7) day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.


2. Returns
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

  • We receive the returned product within seven (7) days following the date of receipt of the shipment if and only if the following following apply. 
  • The returned product is unused and undamaged or otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
  • You received a product resulting in an error on our part or if your decal arrived damaged, you may return it within the timeline specified above for a free replacement.
  • You comply with the returns procedure set out below and
  • None of the exclusions set out below apply.

3. Returns Procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:
  • Send an email letting us know of your intent and you must include your order number and details.
  • To qualify for a replacement please submit a picture of the decal in which our mistake is clearly visible (missing parts, wrong color, wrong size). If your decal is the wrong size; please include a ruler in the picture, placed next to the decal, so that we may visually verify it's dimensions.
  • Products returned under this policy must be sent by recorded/trackable delivery.
  • You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

4. Return Exclusions
The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:
  • Any product made to your specifications.
  • All decal sales are final unless found defective. We will replace your decal if found defective or missing parts or not to your specifications that you submitted.
  • We will not replace decals that have been scratched, mangled, wrinkled, ripped, torn or ruined during installation or improper installation. We are not responsible for any errors made during the application of our products or any damage done due to improper installation. It is the customer's responsibility to follow our application instructions and guidelines.

5. Improper Returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product:
  • We will not refund or exchange the product;
  • We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
  • If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within fourteen (14) days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
6. Refunds
We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.
